TNN Engineering have joined forces with 8 times World Champion Kenny Belaey and after much testing have found the best pads Kenny Belaey has ever used. The TNN Belaey PRO pads.
The Belaey compound offers excellent control and modulation rather than just ON OFF braking while still displaying awesome locking power.
The Belaeys Pro pads excel in all conditions - dry, dusty, wet and muddy.

These pads need almost no running in time and are much quieter than the LGM pads.
Lighter grind for more modulation and harsher grind for more locking power.
30 degree chamfers on the pads help to stop uneven/rounding wear on the end of the pads and further increasing life. While having a smaller pad surface area increases pressure per area thus improving locking power.  
Due to these pads characteristic, they are highly recommended as front pads but are just as at home on the rear.

Manufactured and tested in Australia to exacting tolerances.

Shot blasted and chemically cleaned recess gives the best surface for a secure bond of any aluminium brake pad backings.

A lightweight and tough UCI bashring setup for Middleburn cranks.
It is also a replacement bashring to fit Middleburn cranks with 'Sweet Torque' spline (including RS7s).  It is an integrated chainring / bashring design for maximum stiffness and pedalling response.  CNC machined from super tough 4130 hardened Cro-Mo steel then electroless nickel plated to make them super slippery and wear resistant.
It has a 4mm thick outer edge for maximum toughness.

It is the lightest Middleburn replacement bashring in the world!
It is also replacement bashring to fit Middleburn cranks with 'Sweet Torque' spline (including RS7s).  It is an integrated chainring / bashring design for maximum stiffness and pedalling response.  CNC machined from tough alumec 89 (higher quality than 7075!) alloy then hard anodised to make them super slippery and wear resistant.
It is a 15% wider chainring for increased wear resistance and over 100g lighter then 16T Middleburn set-up.
The 16T model has a 4mm thick outer edge for maximum toughness and weighs only 39g!

The TNN 20t 22t UCI style Aluminium Bashring is carefully engineered to remove unnecessary weight to be super light at 44 grams .   This saves you 140 grams or 86% lighter than the original. CNC machined from 6061 T6 Billet Aluminum.  The bash section has been left at full thickness to keep this ring tough enough for the rigors of trials. Available in silver and black anodised finish with CNC etched logo.



K series hanger CNC machined from 6061 T6 Billet Aluminium.  It has been designed with smooth taper transition rather than a stepped rear profile.  This reduces stress build up which can cause the hanger to crack. 
It is 300% more durable than original cast aluminum hanger.



Minimalist CNC machined top cap.
Designed to fit standard stems, will not fit sloping clamp stems.
Super lightweight design at 3 grams - possibly the lightest and best looking stem cap available.



A NEW SPIN ON AN OLD IDEA.

TNN Engineering has designed an integrated booster and clamping system that removes all the weak links (Flexy long bolts, spacers and the plastic washer)

By optimising the booster position along the centre line of the slave cylinder, all braking forces are directly on the booster instead of wasted energy on the flexing bolts, spacers and the frame.

Installation of the system is far easier than other booster setups.

If the system is removed, it is simple and easy to reinstall in the same position.

Completely removing the need to re-run in/re-break in your pads each time.
