What we have here at TNN, this a really heavy duty precast concrete mould. It is called a Culvert mould.
This is designed to last for years and years of use, day in and day out.
You can see the heavy construction, we have used laser cut profiles, there’s some heavy duty hinges on the bottom there, and they are all designed for long term, frequent use.
We have a cavity on the inside, with clamps to hold the end shutters in place.
This is still in progress, but we are about 70% there.
So we will either design based on customer requirements, or we can make suggestions on how we think the mould should go together, because we have been doing these for over a decade now.
